We’ve developed a workshop for all clients, their fiduciaries, and family members designed to help everyone understand what to do in the event of death or incapacity. We are asking those who attend to bring their “Big Red Binder” which contains copies of their estate planning documents. We intend to have an interactive workshop, show you where to locate important items, and to familiarize everyone with the actual steps of what to do with these estate planning documents.
