Suzanne Presley


Suzanne began working with the firm in 2003 and has been a partner since 2007. Suzanne provides a wide range of estate planning services to clients, with a primary focus on helping them provide for the security of their loved ones, reduce the estate taxes and avoid or at least minimize the costs and delays of probate, all with a well-crafted estate plan.

Suzanne is a native Atlantan who grew up attending Fairburn First Baptist Church and Woodward Academy in College Park, GA. She graduated high school from Landmark Christian School in Fairburn, GA then received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Law degree cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. While at Georgia State University of Law she was a member of the law review, served as notes and comments associate editor of the law review, and interned with the Georgia Supreme Court. She is an accredited attorney of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Suzanne is licensed in Georgia to sell Accident, Sickness, and Health insurance and has her Series 65 securities license.

Suzanne lives in South Fulton near where she grew up and is still a member of Fairburn First Baptist Church where her parents have attended for over 40 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time at her family’s beach house in Mexico Beach, FL.
